Start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards, and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple and the jungle-covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel – transfer to Phnom Penh on an air-conditioned bus. En route, we will stop for a quick visit at the spider market. Arrive in Phnom Penh and have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Royal Palace where the King of Cambodia and the royal families live. Then continue to Silver Pagoda serves less as a functioning temple than a repository for cultural treasures such as 90 kg golden Buddha encrusted with 2086 diamonds. Finally visit Wat Phnom Temple is one of the most important pagodas in Phnom Penh. Built-in 1373 on an artificial hill by the wealthy widow Daun Chi Penh.

Have breakfast at the hotel. In the morning we will visit Tuol Sleng Museum (S-21 prison). This former school was used as a prison by Pol Pot’s security forces. More than 17,000 people held at S-21 were taken to the extermination camp at Choeng Ek to be executed. Then visit Russian Market (Toul Tumpong Market), the market has gained a reputation for cheap clothing, a large selection of Buddha images and woodcarvings, betel-nut boxes, silk, silver jewelry, and classic music instrument.

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the jetty where our boat departs.

12:00 PM Being at #103 – Sisowath Quay – Kh Daun Penh – Phnompenh – Cambodia (International floating port) and at 12:30 PM boarding Hang Chau express boat traveling from Phnom Penh to Chau Doc to start your amazing Vietnam tour.

06:00 AM Having breakfast at the hotel and checking out the room. Visiting a village of Cham ethnic minority, a Muslim mosque and towel weaving. Then, going to Chua Xu Lady temple at Sam Mountain. The temple is among one of the holiest places in Vietnam. According to old tales, She brings a lot of luck, health, and happiness to those who pay respect at her temple. Leaving Chua Xu Lady temple and traveling onward to Tra Su cajuput forest which is renowned for not only its almost-untouched natural beauty but also its sanctuary of flora and fauna. Taking a boat trip into the forest and harmonizing oneself with nature. The impressive pictures of cajuput, the fragrance of flowers and the music-like noise of birds, insects, and animals will definitely make travelers do not want to leave. From the observation post, the forest can be seen with an area of nearly 900 ha, home of many birds and animals, including some rare ones. Having lunch at a restaurant then departing for Can Tho. Checking in the hotel upon arrival and having dinner, afterward, it is free time.

07:15 AM Being at a wharf to board a motorboat for sightseeing the Cai Rang Floating Market which is the biggest and most colorful floating market in the Mekong Delta’s region. In the very early morning, the river has become a busy commercial site where hundreds of boats packed with fruits, vegetables, plants, and foods…line along the river and are ready for trading. Sellers will hang samples of what they are selling on the top of a long pole on their boats so that buyers can see from a distance what sellers are selling. Afterward, cruising through small creeks to a local house where tropical seasonal fruits and hot tea can be enjoyed. Returning back to Can Tho and having lunch. Afterward, depart for Ho Chi Minh City and on the way stopping at Vinh Long market.

Today you will be picked up by an experienced English-speaking guide to Cu Chi Tunnels, located in the countryside near Ho Chi Minh City. Approximate travel time is one hour and 30 minutes. The residents of Cu Chi took the war underground into a highly developed network of tunnels that at its height stretched as far as Cambodia and included meeting rooms, kitchens and triage areas. Imperceptible from the ground, opposing armies could roll their tanks over the bunkers without causing damage to the tunnels below. Living conditions were harsh – in addition to fighting the war, resident’s battled food and oxygen scarcity, venomous insects, and cramped living quarters. Gain important insight into the prolonged struggle against invading armies, and appreciation for the resilience and spirit of the Vietnamese people. After that, travelers can try the delicious manioc which was the main food for guerilla-warriors in Cu Chi during the war. Visitors can try to fire off an AK47 or MK16 or machine guns at the nearby shooting range.

Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy leisure time until a private car transfer you to the airport, and ready for the next flight to Hoi An. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Hoi An for check-in and relax.

Today your English-speaking guide will meet you at the hotel and take you to a tour of the countryside and rivers around Hoi An. As you meander through the countryside you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way. After that, you will board the Hoi An Eco-tour boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also take a paddleboat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise.

Free time to explore Hoi An at your own pace. 

Afternoon, transfer to the airport for flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, a private vehicle will be waiting for you to transfer to your hotel.

Have breakfast at the hotel then you will be escorted by an experienced English-speaking guide, a countryside located at the outskirt of Hanoi. The approximate travel time is one hour and 30 minutes.

Then arriving at Mr. Duoc’s house, you will be welcomed with fresh honey tea and green lentils or lotus seeds that made by his family.  Imagine a Vietnam in the old time of war through stories of Mr. Duoc, who is not only a veteran who lives during those hard times but also a green tea expert. You will visit his tea plantation which is one of the largest in Ri village and join with locals in green tea processing. Afterward, have a Vietnamese cooking demonstration with another local host and then enjoy a home-cooked lunch in a lovely garden.

After that, you will wander around the village and mingling with local people. You will visit the local craftsman who has been skilled at making conical hats from a very young age and other workshops in the village to see how people there make tofu or shell the rice.  As you meander through the countryside you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way. Then join your guides for a leisurely cycling trip along the country roads. Observe traditional Vietnamese rural life as the local people work in the paddy fields. Along the way, watch out for a water buffalo plowing a paddy field while ducks swim across the top. Stop at another host family for foot bathing following the recipes of Muong ethnic group and relaxing time before embarking on your private boat for a trip along the Da river. Later, enjoy a transfer from Ba Vi to Hanoi's accommodation.

Our guide and the shuttle bus will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel and start journey east to Ha long Bay, through picturesque rice-farming villages of the Red River Delta, where we see daily Vietnamese village life. On arrival, we board a beautiful traditional junk and spend a full day and night cruising the bay’s 3000 magnificent limestone islets. In the evening when the boat is anchored in the middle of the stunning lagoon, we enjoy a wonderful seafood meal and later there is an opportunity for an excursion from the boat. Spend the night on the luxury boat.

Rise early for a lesson in Tai Chi or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Cave of Surprises, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, it’s clear sailing back to the main harbor and the return Hanoi around 4.30pm. Drop at hotel in Hanoi. Free at your leisure time.

1. Payment Process

  • Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.

After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

  • Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted. 

2. Payment Type 

  • Online payment by Credit Card with ONEPAY: We accept American Express, Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card since Realistic Asia is a verified member of OnePay System. Your card information will be protected during the transaction by using the security system with OnePay. Realistic Asia must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:

  • 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
  • 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
  • 14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
  • No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment
