Set forth the tour with roaming freely around the heart of Vietnam history and culture – Hanoi. Then, go ahead to the off-beat Sapa to feel all four seasons in one day. After 2 days exploring the local culture and viewing amazing landscapes, take a return night train to Hanoi before the further steps to charming destinations including World Heritage Site – Ha Long bay, and “Halong Bay inland”- Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, the city of lanterns – Hoi An and elegant ancient citadel - Hue. Your thirteen day trip ends with visiting vibrant Ho Chi Minh City and excursion in the amazing Mekong delta upon floating markets, sampan rides and fruit plantation.

DAY 2: WELCOME TO VIETNAM - HANOI ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Vietnam’s Airport, our driver will welcome you and transfer you to hotel in Hanoi. The rest of your day is at leisure for independent exploration – just catch a sight of the city or explore the maze of streets in the city’s fascinating centre where you are certain to find something unique to buy.

DAY 3: HANOI CITY TOUR – TRAIN TO SAPA (B/L)
The pick-up starts from 7.30 am to 8 am.
The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples dating back thousand years ago.
This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, and the Old Quarter also known as the 36 streets and guilds. Also on the tour - the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lovers street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple and one of the city's museums, either the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum. Pick-up at the hotel. Transfer to train station for a night train to Sapa.(schedule 21:50 - 06:30).
Please note that the HCM Mausoleum is closed on Fridays and Mondays and most museums are closed on Mondays.

DAY 4: SAPA - Y LINH HO - LAO CHAI - TA VAN (B/ L/ D)
Upon arrival in Lao Cai station you will be met and transferred to Sapa town for breakfast. Then start 12 km trekking in the mountains and visiting local villages. Visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority, where you could see their traditional lifestyle. Have lunch served by a local family in Lao Chai or in a cafe nearby the riverside. After lunch continue hiking to Ta Van village - the home for Dzay people, where you will stay overnight at the a local family. Here you will have the opportunity to experience their daily life, work, and original customs.

DAY 5: TA VAN – GIANG TA CHAI – SU PAN – SAPA – HANOI (B/L)
Have breakfast served by your local host before starting tour with 08 km walking. Today you will visit 2 villages of the red Dzao and the H’mong peopel (Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan). Enjouy the amazing landscapes of a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Have a walk through bamboo forest on the way to the main road from where you will return to Sapa. Have free time untill 17:00 to explore the town, then transfer to Lao Cai station to catch a night train to Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D) - SHARING CRUISE
*After arrive in Hanoi, you will be escorted to hotel for freshen up and breakfast.*
In the morning, check-out from hotel and get pick-up by the Cruise.
The pick-up time is from 7.30 am to 8 am. Take the most scenic route to reach Halong Bay, taking you across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see. On arrival to Halong, you will enjoy a cruise on the Bay and explore the limestone rocks and the karst grottoes.
After you are done with your exploration of the bay, it is time to enjoy an utterly delicious seafood lunch, after which there will be a trip to the famous limestone cave in Ha Long Bay, you’ll get to spend some time here, kayaking or swimming, so that you can get closer to the floating villages and shops. Towards the evening, you will return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by some time at leisure. You can optionally attend the activities taking part on the boat or just relax.

DAY 7: HALONG BAY - HANOI(B/L) - SHARING CRUISE
Rise early for a Tai Chi lesson or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Limestone Cave, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, it’s clear sailing back to the main harbor and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 8: HOA LU - TAM COC TOUR (B/L) - GROUP TOUR, SHARING BUS – NIGHT TRAIN TO HUE
Today you will experience the ancient culture and history of Vietnam as well as seeing the stunning landscape and beautiful scenery when we travel to the Ninh Binh Province. This area is known as “Ha Long Bay on land” and is located 80 km South of Hanoi.
We will go for a relaxing sampan ride through the gentle and elegant landscape of plains and mountains, leading to the beautiful and mysterious Tam Coc Grottoes followed by a gentle cycle ride (4km) and boat ride to Bich Dong Cave and Pagoda. This journey takes you through breath taking scenery of rice fields and imposing mountains. Have lunch in local restaurant. Then head off to Hoa Lu, formally the capital of the Dinh and early Le dynasties between the 10th and 11th centuries.
After exploration of Hoa Lu head back to Ha Noi where you will take a night train to Hue - the imperial purple city.

DAY 9: STEP BACK IN TIME AT THE IMPERIAL CITY OF HUE (B/L)
In the morning you will arrive in Hue. Your guide and driver will meet you at the station and you will start your Hue exploration.
Start your trip with the exploring Imperial Citadel, the residence of the Nguyen Dynasty, which was Vietnam’s last royal dynasty. There you will visit The Royal Antiques Museum, one of the first museums in Vietnam. Many collections of ancient Hue and Royal antiques are displayed here: bronze wares, china, music instruments, royal attires and personal belongings of the Emperor family of Nguyen Dynasty. Then continue to Dong Ba market – the best place for cultural gifts and souvenirs.
Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon you will visit the Emperors Tombs such as Emperor Khai Dinh (1885-1925) Tomb, famous for its beauty and unique architecture style, and Emperor Minh Mang (1791-1841) Tomb. On the way back to Hue you will have a stopover at the Conical Hat village to see how famous Vietnamese traditional hats Non-La are produced, and the Incense stick making village to observe how locals make sandalwood and cinnamon incenses. Then head back to your hotel in Hue.

DAY 10: TRAVEL FROM HUE TO HOI AN (B)
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and free time until our driver come and transfer you to Hoi An by private vehicle. Check-in your hotel in Hoi An and have leisure time to explore the city on your own pace.

DAY 11: HOI AN LEISURE DAY (B)
Today you will have free time explore Hoi An at your own pace, seeing what interests you. This ancient town is full of Japanese merchant houses and pagodas, temples and antique warehouses. Or just lounge about in a laid-back riverside café on the bank of the Thu Bon River.
(OPTIONAL TOUR: HOI AN ECO TOUR)
Today your English-speaking guide will meet you at the hotel and take you to a tour of the countryside and rivers around Hoi An. As you meander through the countryside you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way. After that, you will board the Hoi An Eco-tour boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also take a paddleboat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise.
In the afternoon, leisure time on your own exploring the ancient town or relaxing at the hotel.

DAY 12: HOI AN FLY TO HO CHI MINH (B)
Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy free time until a private cab will transfer you to the airport for the next flight to Ho Chi Minh – formerly called Sai Gon – The Gem of Indochina. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City centre and have some leisure time to get your energy back.

DAY 13: HO CHI MINH –BEN TRE – CAN THO (B/L/D)
Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and start the trip to My Tho. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then board the sampan and cruise around four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.
Have a stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking in the village paths to contemplate orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and Vietnamese folk music performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Be rowed in a small sampan through the Thoi Son canal and treat yourself to the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business & bee-keeping farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at the local restaurant. Break time.
The afternoon is time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meeting the local people to experience their daily life in the Mekong delta. Relaxing on hammocks to enjoy the cool breeze is for those do not want to join the cycling trip. Proceed to Can Tho.

DAY 14: CAN THO – CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – HO CHI MINH CITY (B)
Have breakfast in early morning. Take a leisure boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River) then visit Cai Rang floating market which is the liveliest one in the whole region. Then have a walk to visit the fruit plantation and local noodle factory. Visit Binh Thuy communal house and Munir Ansay Pagoda - a Khmer pagoda, renowned for its unique structure. Have lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 15: TIME TO SAY GOODBYE - HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE (B)

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
1. Payment Process
- Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.
After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.
- Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.
2. Payment Type
- Online payment by Credit Card with ONEPAY: We accept American Express, Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card since Realistic Asia is a verified member of OnePay system. Your card information will be protected during the transaction by using the security system with OnePay. Your invoice will be created when you confirmed the booking and send you the guideline to deposit your spot.

- By Bank Transfers: If you prefer to do the bank transfer, please contact us so we can send you the bank detail information. However, all the bank fee and foreign currency exchange have to be taken care at your end.
Realistic Asia must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
- 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
- No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment
CONDITION OF INSURANCE
- Realistic Asia demands that all clients going on our trips hold proper personal medical insurance. If clients do not hold insurances and refuse to sign on before departure, Realistic Asia reserves the right not to carry out the trip.
